The webinar is designed to be useful to anyone involved in preparing and submitting applications for official searches of part.

- the key checks you should make when submitting a search application;
- how to complete the property details on the portal;
- how to identify the land with reference to an existing title plan;
- the quality of plans with regard to floor level notes and surrounding Ordnance Survey (or OS) detail;
- the importance of clearly identifying any colour references shown on your search plan; and
- final checks we recommend you undertake before submitting your search.
