Conveyancing Association launches summer webinar series

The Conveyancing Association (CA) has launched a series of summer webinars to provide conveyancers with practical insight, specialist expertise and guidance on key issues affecting firms, employees and property transactions.

Delivered in partnership with a range of CA’s affiliate members, the series will run throughout June, July and August and cover a broad range of operational, regulatory and business topics. Sessions are led by experts from across the legal, technology and professional services sectors.

The first two webinars in the series are now open for registration.

On 24th June,  From Post Room to CMS: Automating Post Allocation Without the Pain will be delivered in partnership with Post Partner. The webinar will explore how firms can reduce manual post administration, improve efficiency and streamline document handling through practical automation solutions.

On 7th July, Tax Adviser Status: Should Your Firm Take It On or Pass It On? will be delivered in partnership with Move Reports. This session will examine stamp duty and its complexities, why law firms have been asked to register as tax advisers, examine procedure and processes and look at the options available for conveyancing firms.

The Summer Webinar Series forms part of the CA’s ongoing commitment to supporting member firms through education, collaboration and the sharing of best practice across the conveyancing sector. Further webinars will be announced in the coming weeks.

Nicky Heathcote, non-executive chair at the Conveyancing Association, said: “One of the greatest strengths of the CA is the depth of expertise available through our affiliate member community. This Summer Webinar Series gives us an excellent opportunity to bring that expertise together and share practical knowledge that conveyancing firms can use immediately within their businesses.

“The pace of change within conveyancing continues to accelerate, whether through regulation, technology, consumer expectations or wider market developments. These webinars are designed to help firms stay informed, understand the issues that matter most and learn from those working at the forefront of the sector.

“We are grateful to our affiliate members for supporting this initiative and look forward to announcing further sessions throughout the summer.”

Members can register by visiting the CA’s event page.
