Corporate Social Responsibility

Today’s Conveyancer supports charities from around the legal sector as part of our programme of Corporate Social Responsibility.

The Conveyancing Foundation

The Conveyancing Foundation is a registered not for profit charity which has been established by conveyancers to help raise awareness and funds for charity.

The Conveyancing Foundation recently launched an appeal for Ukraine by opening up its monthly Charity Lotto to members of the public for the first time.

All donations go directly to the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.

LawCare

LawCare is the mental wellbeing charity for the legal community. They offer free, confidential, emotional support to anyone working in the law.

The Access to Justice Foundation

“For a society where everyone has access to justice”.

The Access to Justice Foundation increases the support available to vulnerable people requiring access to the legal system through strategic grant making and supporting the advice sector.

The Foundation believes everyone should have access to justice, yet two thirds of the UK population don’t know how to get legal advice and there are still 14 million people who live in poverty and can’t afford it.

A lack of access to justice leads to issues of poverty, homelessness, ill health, unemployment, broken households, and many other social and personal difficulties.
