Webinar to discuss how SME law firms can build a client focused brand

How to build a client-focused brand and the impact that a law firm’s pricing model has on the client experience are the key topics to be discussed by an expert legal panel, for the second episode of series two of Osprey Approach’s Build Better Habits webinars.

Joining event host Amy Bruce, marketing manager at Osprey Approach, are panellists Shaun Jardine, owner of Big Yellow Penguin, and Scott Simmons, co-founder and director of Legal Balance. Both are non-practising solicitors who have several years’ expertise in advising law firms on how to build effective client-focused brands, whilst providing profitable legal services.

Amy Bruce said:

“Improving the client experience was named as a top strategic priority for SME law firms in this year’s LPM Report, which is why this episode is dedicated to how modern firms can build a client-focused brand and enhance their service to stay competitive.

“For our second episode in series two of Build Better Habits webinars, I am delighted to be joined by value-based pricing guru, Shaun Jardine and business development coach Scott Simmons, who will be sharing their best practices and industry secrets to running a client-focused firm, the benefits of alternative pricing models, and the habits to adopt for long-term success.

“Please join us at this free event, which looks set to be an insightful and thought-provoking session,”

Amy added.
