Using custom API’s and Webhooks alongside case management

By incorporating Hoowla’s Webhooks, DezrezLegal receives immediate updates on changes made to a sale, including contract signatures and completion dates, thereby enabling faster response times and informed decision-making, ultimately improving business performance. The DezrezLegal team were able to set up their APIs and Webhooks independently, using their own in-house specialist.

DezrezLegal has adopted a comprehensive approach to leveraging Hoowla’s technology, utilising more technical features and collaborative, customer-centric offerings. The use of Hoowla’s client portal has notably enhanced clients’ digital onboarding experience, allowing for easy tracking and sharing of documents throughout the property sale process.

Furthermore, the client portal has streamlined DezrezLegal’s workflow, facilitating bulk uploads, document reviews and task delegation between team members. By harnessing these features, DezrezLegal has successfully managed high transaction volumes while maintaining exemplary professionalism and customer service. In addition to being able to delegate tasks, by using Hoowla’s automated workflow rules, DezrezLegal can automatically create and assign tasks to teams and individuals. Not only that, but managers can also report in real-time on any workflow for team members.

DezrezLegal also have chosen to use Hoowla’s accounting features to simplify and optimise their financial management processes. One fundamental way they leverage these features is through the invoicing functionality, which allows them to create and send invoices to clients within the Hoowla platform.
