SearchFlow Hosts ‘Dealing With Market Bounce Back’ Webinar

On Thursday 20 August, 12-1pm, SearchFlow – the UK’s leading provider of conveyancing search solutions – is hosting a webinar that invites property lawyers and conveyancers to discuss the issues faced with the property market ‘bounce back’.

Since the housing market reopened in early May we have seen a continuing surge in Sold Subject To Contract (SSTC) numbers. With the combination of annual leave and staff numbers still impacted due to furlough, many firms are under increasing pressure to clear workloads.  There are also issues in ensuring firms are ready and able to help clients realise the benefits provided by the Stamp Duty Land Tax holiday, as announced by the Chancellor.

SearchFlow has listened to customers and the market and is inviting property lawyers and conveyancers to attend a free webinar on Thursday 20th August at 12 noon where the team will address the issue of dealing with market bounce back. They will also discuss measures that have been put in place to help firms clear backlogs and close cases quicker, while avoiding possible queues with Local Authorities.
