Property Report: discover the Extract Text Tool and new updates to the Content Library

15 February 2024 – 11.00 am (45 minutes)

The Extract Text Tool is one of the many ways Property Report makes reporting on a title so much more efficient. This tool reads the text in any PDF uploaded to the workspace, such as the title document or search results, giving you an accuracy rating, and allowing you to copy all or part of the text into the report.

Join us as we demonstrate how to use the Extract Text Tool to help you get the most out of Property Report.  We will also run through some recent updates to the Content Library, including:

• Mortgage Final Note and Disclaimer
• Existing New Build Warranty
• Other New Build Warranty
• HMLR Delay Warning (Unregistered Property)
• Insurance Disclaimer
• Development Plan Designation Disclaimer
