tmgroup appoints new Chief Commercial Officer

tmgroup is pleased to announce the promotion of Jonathan Stebbings to the new position of Chief Commercial Officer, taking responsibility for driving the conveyancing data and service company’s revenue generation, business growth, and profitability.

Jonathan joined tmgroup in 2022, serving as the Commercial Director, following the company’s acquisition of Conveyancing Data Services (CDS) in April 2018, where Jonathan was a co-founder and Director. Since joining tmgroup as Commercial Director, Jonathan has successfully overseen the development of CDS systems into tmgroup’s infrastructures and integrations, and key client and supplier relationships.

CEO, Thomas Maerz is pleased to be welcoming Jonathan to the company board, saying: “We are delighted that Jonathan will be joining us to take tmgroup forward in this next chapter. As Commercial Director here and as co-founder of our subsidiary brand, CDS, Jonathan’s achievements demonstrate his deep understanding of the legal property technology sector. In this new position, he will continue to be an asset to tmgroup for years to come, to deliver the best data technology solutions and service to our customers, while enabling us to achieve our goals for growth as a company.”

Jonathan formally takes the reins of his new role in January, and is excited for what the future holds at tmgroup. He comments, “We are fortunate at tmgroup to have a really vibrant, experienced and talented team, and I look forward to our exciting new journey together. We have some great new services in the pipeline, which will strengthen our customers’ business proposition and accelerate our growth.”
