Conveyancing search provider, SearchFlow, which is part of dmgi::land&property, has boosted its senior management team further with the latest appointment of Colin Breavington as Operations Director.
Colin has a broad commercial background gained from high profile roles in both sales and operational transformation and management. At SearchFlow, Colin will be overseeing the business and operational changes that are scheduled for next year.
Colin began his career at The Digital Property Group, which united the leading property brands: findaproperty.com, primelocation.com and Globrix.com. Rising through the ranks very quickly, undertaking a senior strategic role, Colin was highly successful in substantially increasing the Group’s customer base and profits. After The Digital Property Group merged with Zoopla, Colin was responsible for transitioning sales operations and the data support function into Zoopla’s operational teams.
At his most recent role as head of global sales at Fotolia, which was acquired by Adobe Systems for $800 million at the end of 2014, Colin was the driving force behind significant double digit year-on-year growth. He helped deliver a world class customer experience by introducing a direct sales channel and improving operations. After the acquisition, Colin was again responsible for transitioning sales operations.
He was also COO at Under One Roof, an umbrella organisation for estate agency suppliers, where he had overall responsibility for managing the business and finances. With Colin at the helm, it became the fastest growing estate agency software and media supplier in the UK.
