Regional growth hubs will offer conveyancers opportunity to collaborate on shared objectives

A conveyancing support business is launching a series of collaborative regional growth ‘pods’ to help independent law firms grow more effectively through collaborative business development, shared infrastructure, and strategic regional partnerships.

Legal Brokers, which describes itself as a multi-disciplinary services provider for the legal sector, has devised the concept to encourage conveyancing firms to compete more effectively together, while retaining their own identity and independence.

The launch comes at a time when many smaller and independent conveyancing firms face increasing pressures, Legal Brokers said. Competing with larger national operators, rising marketing costs, and the growing influence of AI-driven technology platforms risks firms being left behind commercially despite delivering excellent legal services, the company explained.

The regional pods are intended to enable a minimum of three independent conveyancing firms within a region work to collaboratively, with the aim of achieving sustainable long-term growth.

Support infrastructure is already place through brands operating under the Legal Brokers umbrella: Legal Brokers services include conveyancing searches, AML and ID checks, indemnity products and strategic support; iDWallet.com is a developing digital identity and onboarding solution; and NationalSolicitors.com is a marketing and lead generation platform.

Together, the brands are designed to help participating firms benefit from coordinated marketing activity, introducer relationships, regional lead generation and active business development support.

Legal Brokers director Jon Hilton explained: “The model has been designed to be self-funding, scalable, and commercially practical for independent firms that may otherwise struggle to justify the cost of growth infrastructure and marketing. We already have an established infrastructure capable of generating conveyancing referrals through its existing platforms, introducer relationships, and marketing network.”

The pod model will not impose geographic restrictions between participating firms, with the objective being “collaboration, not competition”, built around collective strength, shared opportunity and sustainable regional growth.

There are no subscription or membership fees. Participating firms will fund the initiative by placing at least 50 searches through Legal Brokers per month.
