Redbrick Solutions announce integration with Yourkeys

Redbrick Solutions and Yourkeys have combined their technology to streamline the sale of new build properties, providing efficiency and transparency to everyone involved in the transaction.

Yourkeys is the UK’s leading property technology company and part of Zoopla. The business is focused on buyer on-boarding and sales progression tools and aims to streamline processes providing greater transparency for all parties across the new home buying process, in turn leading to greater consistency and cost savings.

Redbrick Solutions‘ award-winning case management solution helps law firms save time and money by assisting users at every step of the legal process, from the initial estimate through to invoicing the client and collecting monies. It produces letters, legal forms, bills and statements in seconds and manages risk via a transparent to-do list visible to case owners with third party links built in.

As part of the integration, Redbrick users will have visibility of key milestones in the transaction, including real time updates and automatic feedback of exchange dates.

Commenting on the news, Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson, CEO at Yourkeys, said:

“A key element of our ambition to create greater transparency for all stakeholders through the entire purchase and conveyancing process is ensuring we’re working with best in class partners.
