Recruitment agency focusing on conveyancing launched in North East

A new recruitment agency focusing on conveyancing and legal services has been launched with offices in located in South Shields and Gosforth in the North East, and Derby in the Midlands.

Let’s Recruit says it will operate nationally and will be headed up by legal recruiter Sam Bailey. The ambition of Let’s Recruit is to provide ‘ethical, transparent and cost-effective solution to legal recruitment’ with a flat fee recruitment solution.

Speaking to Today’s Conveyancer, Bailey explains

“We understand the unique pressures facing the legal conveyancing sector. Lets Recruit aims to disrupt the market by providing access to exceptional talent, restoring confidence and bringing stability to the recruitment process, all at an industry-leading flat rate. There are no hidden charges with a thorough vetting process, including pre-screening, background checks, qualification and ID verification to ensure quality and reliability”

Let’s Recruit is part of Sort Group, which includes panel manager Sort Refer and CLC-regulated Sort Legal who in 2024 joined forces with South Shields-based mortgage brokers Hello Mortgage and estate agents, Estatio, to create a new property hub providing home move, legal and ancillary services under one roof.

More recently group launched DataColl8 alongside Post Partner to provide software designed to automate the filing of an AP1, stamp duty returns with HMRC and HMLR, and process mortgage offers digitally to reduce errors, requisitions and manual data entry.
