North East property businesses, Hello Mortgage, Estatio and Sort Legal have joined forces to provide home movers with what they are describing as a ‘super agency’ to handle every aspect of a home move, plus legal and ancillary services.
Newly launched offices in South Shields and Teesside will each house estate agency, mortgage and protection advice, and legal services, providing the full range of home moving and ancillary services under one roof. Smaller ‘hub’ offices are being introduced, with other locations also being considered.
The venture brings Midlands-based Sort Legal, South Shields-based mortgage brokers Hello Mortgage and estate agents, Estatio together in one place which, they say, will ‘ensure a smoother property transaction.’
Commenting on the launch of the new venture, Keith Ahmed, Group Managing Director, said:
“We are excited to be joining forces with Sort Legal to create what we believe has the potential to become a powerhouse of the conveyancing sector. Offering all three services under one roof offers numerous benefits to our clients – as well as the convenience, offering complementary services can reduce the complexity of buying a property, obtaining a mortgage and handling all legal matters.”
Sort Legal is a CLC-regulated firm founded in 2017. It is part of the Sort Refer Group, with offices in Derby and Cardiff. Hello Mortgage was founded in 2020 and is a whole of market mortgage brokerage, offering mortgage and protection services nationally; Estatio is a newly launched estate agency based in South Shields headed up by Keith Ahmed.

We are initially rolling out our new combined branch and hub in the North East, but have plans to expand to other areas in the North in the coming months.”
