The Data to Go dashboard pinpoints trends and patterns across the property market using the latest transactional data and proprietary research. Landmark works across the entire market – including property transactions, planning, infrastructure, and conveyancing – which means that Data to Go covers all areas of residential and commercial property transactions.

The Data to Go dashboard is easily accessible, via Landmark’s website, and is free to use – for everyone. The trends data is regularly updated, can be filtered by topic and links to further reports and expert viewpoints.

The dashboard has also been developed with seamless sharing across social media in mind, so each data trend can be downloaded to ignite and inspire conversations in an increasingly interconnected world.

Data to Go is fuelled by Landmark’s regular publications, including its Residential and Commercial Property Trends Report. The reports highlight sector trends by comparing data, such as residential search volumes and listings over time – as seen in the data trends below. The latest report – published in April 2023 – asks whether the market is seeing the partial signs of recovery.
