What is the Plug and Play solution?

We have partnered with Xperate, a UK-based software development company, to deliver a suite of APIs to law firms within their CMS platforms through a series of connectors.

This technology allows law firms to access our services through one singular journey, decreasing the time spent on administrational tasks, reducing the risk of fraudulent activity, and increasing efficiencies.

What services are available through this integration?

  • Charge registration – Upload post completion documents and supply delay reasons
  • Mortgage offer distribution – Receive Mortgage Offers into your CMS, removing the need to log into different platforms and download documentation
  • Secure link – Ask post completion queries directly with the lender and order redemption statements through the Secure Link portal
  • confirmly – Law firm identity checking technology to confirm bank account details, reducing risk and preventing fraud

How does it work?

The above products and services would be integrated into your CMS platform so that you can access them via a workflow without having to log out of your CMS.

The aim is to use existing workflows tools in your CMS to load the integration by a parameter encoded URL.

What does it look like?

It depends who your CMS provider is and the current workflows set up in your CMS.

You can email us on plugandplay@lms.com and we can demo the test environment for you to get a better idea of how it works.

How do I get involved?

There are two options for law firms:

Option 1 – We will liaise with Xperate to complete the integration on your behalf. This takes approximately 3 days to complete.

Option 2 – We will provide you with the developer pack, free of charge, so that you can manage the integration independently.
