A 20-minute house sale?
During a panel session at the Building Societies Association Conference earlier this year, our Chief Product and Experience Officer, Krystle Kocik, discussed whether technology could make a 20-minute house sale a reality. While this might seem quite aspirational, Krystle considered it a good “north star” to anchor our thinking, exploring the idea further in a recently published article in Today’s Conveyancer, which you can read here.
Our latest platform enhancements
From this month, our lender and law firm customers will enjoy a more streamlined user management experience, as they’re able to add and remove users, and edit their permissions in the PEXA Platform.
We also introduced the frequently used accounts feature so that law firms only need to enter account details into the Platform once and then be able to draw upon them with ease.
We’re also automating the way lenders create workspaces, allowing them to create a transaction directly from their origination platform, using their existing data, seamlessly and in real time.
Landing in Leeds
As we continue to invest and grow in the UK, we’re delighted to have selected Leeds for our new UK headquarters. The city already boasts a strong financial services sector, and we consider it a key strategic location for PEXA and its spirit of innovation and collaboration that matches our business.
