Webinar Agenda

Join us for an informative discussion on the potential impact of gifts, “the bank of mum and dad”, and sales at an undervalue on the residential conveyancing process.

In this 30-minute webinar, we’ll provide an overview of the Insolvency Act and the key issues that could occur when a gift or (individual or company) subsequently goes bankrupt, or insolvent, following a gift or sale of a property at an undervalue. Finally, we’ll provide an overview of CLS’ insurance solution to help you navigate the potential issues which may arise.
