A new webinar from Stewart Title

The confusion arising from the introduction of sections of the Building Safety Act 2022 has created new hurdles for lawyers acting in a leasehold purchase.

With this in mind and as part of their continued support for the conveyancing industry, Stewart Title has asked renowned property expert Ian Quayle to provide his analysis of the issues facing lawyers and the best way to deal with them in their next FREE CPD Webinar on Thursday 9 February.

“This uncertainty caused by the new rules has potential to further increase the additional work and problems lawyers face in acting for both buyers and lenders,” said Stephen Smith, Stewart Title’s UK Country Manager. “We are very pleased that Ian will be joining us for this webinar to describe the problems and offer solutions.”
