Last Chance to Complete the Wellbeing at Work Survey

The Conveyancing Foundation’s Wellbeing at Work survey ends on March 31st and could see participants winning £500 cash, a Luxury Spa break or a Fortnum & Masons Hamper.

The survey, which takes around ten minutes, was launched last year and is designed to ‘understand and evaluate the strains and mental health structures in the workplace for those in the conveyancing and property industry.

The Foundation’s new objective is to analyse this year’s results in comparison to the 2023 findings. The comparisons in data are designed to  ‘help shape and develop forward-thinking guidelines, potentially revolutionising how the property sector addresses the promotion of wellbeing in the workplace.’

The re-launched Wellbeing at Work survey is open to anyone working within the property sector, with responses kept confidential. Those who take part will enter a luxury prize draw that could see them winning one of three prizes with a combined value of over £1,000.

Those who wish to take part in the survey should follow this link.

The survey, crafted in collaboration with Morale Solutions, opened last month.

Following the survey results, the Conveyancing Foundation will produce new wellbeing toolkits and supporting materials, which will be accessible on the BKWC Resource Hub, to provide ongoing support to those working in the property industry.
