Landmark Information Group launches Optimus Accelerate to slash property completion times by over 30%

Optimus, a Landmark Information Group business, today announces the launch of Optimus Accelerate, following a successful pilot project that saw Optimus customers able to reduce completion times by over 30%.

The launch follows a hugely successful pilot, which covered a cross-section of all transaction types with existing Optimus customers. The pilot saw over 1,200 completions, with the average completion time reduced from 21 to 15 weeks using the solution.

Optimus Accelerate represents a fundamental shift in the conveyancing process by maximising upfront data utilisation. Unlike traditional methods, which can be prone to delays, Optimus Accelerate ensures that property information and stakeholder involvement is accessed much sooner, propelling transactions towards seamless efficiency and nipping bottlenecks in the bud.

Geared primarily towards mortgage brokers, this innovative solution aims to expedite property transactions and eliminate unnecessary delays, mitigating the risk of fall-throughs, accelerating revenue generation, and reducing stress for clients.

The announcement follows the launch of LandmarkConnect, a series of digital hubs designed to streamline the home buying and selling process. By ramping up digitisation and fostering industry collaboration, Landmark’s hubs aim to remove weeks of delay and uncertainty.

Giuliano Grazioli, Sales Director at Optimus, said:

“Optimus Accelerate represents a fundamental shift in the way property professionals manage transactions. By enabling them to access data earlier in the process, we’re arming them with everything they need at the start to progress a transaction as quickly and efficiently as possible. We can not only reduce stress for all parties involved, but also enable faster processing times for home movers – better for both our customers’ bottom line and movers alike.”
