Keystone Property Finance joins LMS Panel Link

Keystone Property Finance has joined LMS, the UK’s leading provider of conveyancing services, as the latest lender to adopt LMS’s Panel Link and Secure Link services.

Created by brokers, for brokers, Keystone Property Finance has been a standalone specialist lender since 2018, providing professional landlords with buy-to-let mortgages via intermediaries.

As part of its ongoing commitment to pass on the best possible benefits and services to its brokers, Keystone Property Finance will now connect to thousands of fully vetted law firms through LMS’s connected ecosystem, enabling a secure and seamless conveyancing journey.

Panel Link securely connects lenders with law firms that have met specific quality and compliance criteria. This partnership will allow Keystone’s customers a high level of connectivity in one place and a digitised case progression, making communication more streamlined.

The move also expands Keystone’s law firm panel offering more choice for borrowers whilst allowing brokers to obtain quotes from firms directly should they choose to. Keystone has removed its limited company panel requirements so borrowers can use any firm available through Keystone’s LMS panel for both limited company and personal name applications.

In addition, Keystone will be using LMS Secure Link, a knowledge base of lender-approved FAQs to significantly reduce post-offer conveyancing queries raised by law firms.

This knowledge base provides firms with immediate responses to queries, helping to keep conveyancing journeys moving and minimising the time lenders and law firms spend on query management.

Suzanne O’Connor, chief relationship officer at LMS (pictured), comments on the partnership:

“It is a pleasure to welcome our latest lender to Panel Link. As a specialist lender, Keystone Property Finance is determined to deliver the best solutions to its customers, and LMS is best placed to facilitate, providing services to strengthen connectivity and increase efficiencies whilst mitigating risk.”

Elise Coole, managing director at Keystone Property Finance, comments:

“At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to efficiency, transparency, and delivering impactful results.

“Through Panel Link, we can further support our brokers by enabling access to a wider pool of vetted law firms who meet our criteria. Ultimately, our aim is to speed up the buy-to-let mortgage journey for our customers, and we look forward to working with LMS to continue delivering on that promise.”
