Approval of mortgage documentation (PG30)

Overseas entities (PG78)

Change made:
Section 3.3.1 has been added to explain how the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act 2022 affects deeds of variation. Sections 4.1, 4.8 and 5.3.6 have been amended to include guidance on UK Societas and UK Economic Interest Groupings.

 

Coronavirus (COVID-19): useful information for conveyancers (PG80)

Page summary:

Change made:
Sections 1.2 Prescribed application forms and 2.8 Signing certificates and consents required by restrictions have been deleted as a result of amendments to our practice guides 19 and 82 published on 15 August 2022.
