Gen H joins LMS Panel Link

Today, LMS, the UK’s leading conveyancing services provider, announces its partnership with Gen H as it becomes the 34th lender to join LMS Panel Link®.

LMS will deliver a fully vetted, secure panel of conveyancing firms that meet Gen H’s requirements for each case, providing operational efficiencies in the house-buying and remortgaging process. As each firm is fully authenticated, the service will also minimise fraud in the conveyancing journey.

Gen H is a fintech residential mortgage lender providing unique products to help aspiring first-time buyers, home movers and remortgagers find their place on the property ladder.

As well as Panel Link ®, Gen H will also be using Secure Link, LMS’ innovative messaging service, in order to streamline the post-offer query process and drive further efficiencies for all cases.

The collaboration with Gen H is proof of LMS’ ongoing commitment to a seamless client experience, especially when there is a rising need to help people get onto the housing ladder in trying economic circumstances.

Commenting on the news, Nick Chadbourne, Chief Executive of LMS said:

“Gen H’s mission to help everyone get on the property ladder is an admirable one, especially right now when a lot of people are struggling with the cost of living and mortgage rates are somewhat unpredictable. Being able to help them deliver this vision through both Panel Link® and Secure Link is extremely rewarding and a testament to the work the team is putting in to ensure the development and accessibility of tech. We’re confident that we can drive efficiency and deliver results that speak for themselves.”

Will Rice, CEO at Gen H, added:

“There is no doubt that navigating the mortgage market has become increasingly difficult, especially for people looking to buy their first home. It is our belief that owning a home should be an opportunity for  everyone, and we are working to simplify this process on all fronts. Making the conveyancing journey simple for all is a key part of our mission, and LMS was the obvious choice as we worked to improve our systems and processes. We look forward to seeing the results of this exciting new partnership and developing a long-lasting relationship with the LMS team.”
