At the end of last year Today’s Conveyancer asked CTS for an update on where things were at with regard to the CTS cyber incident, which they kindly provided a statement for on 21st December 2023.
CTS stated that they hoped to have 90% of firms impacted either operational or in final testing by the end of the week.
Last week, Natalie Kissack, Director of Marketing at CTS confirmed that by 22nd December the target was met with 97% of clients either operational or in final testing, which Natalie has confirmed was in line with their expectations.
