Conveyancer Insights and Carton Consultants announce partnership

Conveyancer Insights are delighted to announce a partnership with Allan Carton of Carton Consultants to help clients interpret and capitalise on the findings of our Premium Market Insight Reports.

Allan Carton wrote the Law Society’s first “blueprint” on marketing conveyancing services in 1997 and has been advising law firms, conveyancers, and estate agents on how to make the most of opportunities from conveyancing ever since. Carton Consultants will help our clients share an independent view of initiatives in the reports by identifying key opportunities. Also exploring weaknesses that have been identified to help prioritise and plan how best to grow conveyancing and other private client areas of the business profitably with renewed confidence.

Conveyancer Insights Market reports provide conveyancers with a detailed overview of their local marketplace following in depth market research which allows firms to

  • Learn where they are losing prospective customers
  • Identify if they could be charging more
  • Benchmark their performance against the competition

We believe it is vital that firms who commission a Market Insights report receive as much value from it as possible. Up to now, Conveyancer insights have been delivering one-to-one feedback to Law firms upon receiving a completed report, however, we felt it was a good step to involve a firm who can discuss and help implement changes across more than one discipline. We see Allan Carton as a highly experienced and respected person in his field of expertise. To be able to offer firms access to Allan and the team at Carton & Co is a positive step. Firms that commission a Premium Market Insight report will have access to a free one-hour consultation with Allan Carton.

Mike Stainsby said:

“This is a very exciting development in our growth strategy, collaborating with industry experts like Allan will help provide a laser sharp focus on how our reports can be used to drive new habits and behaviours to improve the bottom line.”

Allan Carton said:

“There is so much valuable ammunition packed into these reports that some conveyancers can find it difficult to know where best to start in putting it to work.  I will be able to help them get started down the right tracks with the right priorities, so I am looking forward to those discussions.”
