Compare My Move sees big lead increase YoY

Compare My Move’s conveyancing leads have already surpassed last year’s total, with still 2 months left of 2023.

We’re currently seeing a 30% increase in leads generated compared to the 12 months of 2022, generating almost 10,000 more leads than last year.

Although high mortgage rates and the cost of living crisis have weakened the property market, leads aren’t slowing down for us. In October, we’ve seen 160% more people using us to find a conveyancer to buy property than to sell.

This doesn’t come as a surprise with falling house prices and a spike in rent prices pushing first-time buyers to jump on the property ladder. They are set to be the largest buyer group for 2023, Zoopla reported.

With still time left before the Christmas wind down, now is a great time to join our conveyancing partnership and build up your pipeline of work! Our service is constantly growing, with more and more people coming to us needing conveyancing services.

We provide leads across the UK for people needing Sale, Purchase, Sale and Purchase and Remortgage services. Add as many or as few lead types as you like in your Lead Manager app to really maximise your profit.
