Outsourced support service provider Auxilio has been announced as the latest Conveyancing Foundation Charity Partner as the charity continues its effort to ‘improve industry wellbeing standards and support charitable initiatives.’
The Conveyancing Foundation works with firms like Auxilio to raise awareness of its work across the property sector in positively impacting wellbeing through ‘defining and promoting best practice.’ It’s latest Wellbeing at Work Survey 2024, which was completed by 650 respondents, identified workplace stress remains a significant factor for 68% of Conveyancers, with 14% stating that stress is a constant factor in their working lives. The figures represented a small improvement from the 2023 Survey, which recorded a 72% overall stress rating but indicates little has changed over the last 18 months. The survey also revealed a sharp rise in the stress felt by support and administrative staff working in legal conveyancing practices, which rose from stress levels of 28% last year to 46% this year.
