The Conveyancing Foundation Welcomes Martello as a New Charity Partner

The Conveyancing Foundation is thrilled to announce Martello as its newest charity partner. This partnership marks a significant step in advancing its mission to support the property industry through fundraising and charitable initiatives.

Martello, known for providing same-day environmental searches for property lawyers, specialises in streamlining workflows and improving efficiency. Their services unburden lawyers by running additional checks as standard and signposting solutions where necessary.

Jess Green, Chief Commercial Officer of Martello, shared her enthusiasm, noting, “After speaking with Jess Smith about the valuable role the Conveyancing Foundation plays within the industry, we couldn’t wait to join. As a supplier who really understands the importance of collaboration, this was a great fit for us at Martello.”

Martello’s partnership will greatly enhance the Foundation’s ability to offer essential services and improve industry wellbeing through Mental Health First Aider (MHFA) training grants, wellbeing surveys, and the ‘Be Kind We Care’ (BKWC) initiative. Jess Smith, COO and Trustee of the Conveyancing Foundation, shared, “Welcoming Martello as a charity partner marks a significant step in advancing our mission. Their expertise and dedication to positive change will help us amplify our impact and promote best practices within the property industry.”

This collaboration promises to drive significant wellbeing changes within the industry while enhancing the lives of professionals and supporting vital community initiatives. The combined efforts of the Conveyancing Foundation and Martello are set to make a meaningful difference, fostering a culture of care and generosity throughout the property industry.
