Adding a finishing touch to customer services with ‘new home’ cards

As excellent customer service becomes ever more important in the conveyancing process as a differentiating factor between firms, it is important that firms look for opportunities to gain client loyalty. 
There are some inexpensive ways to thank clients for using a firm’s service, and encouraging them to use their services again in the future.   One way is by sending a ‘new home’ card to clients on completion of a house purchase, which is simple and effective marketing.
