Twenty7tec integrates LMS select into RESEARCH to streamline sourcing-to-instruction journey

Twenty7tec has announced a new integration with LMS, the UK’s leading provider of conveyancing services, bringing its LMS Select solution directly into the RESEARCH platform to create a more connected and efficient journey from product sourcing through to instruction.

The integration enables advisers to engage with conveyancing services as part of the sourcing process, using case data such as product type, lending requirements and location to identify suitable, approved legal firms. By removing the need to source conveyancers separately, the integration is designed to reduce friction, improve efficiency and deliver a more seamless client experience.

Through the integration, advisers can initiate conveyancing quotes and instructions directly within RESEARCH, with data transferring automatically into LMS. This reduces administrative workload while supporting a more joined-up process across the advice journey.

For clients, the result is a simpler and more transparent experience, with fewer delays and a clearer path from mortgage recommendation through to completion. For advisers, the integration not only saves time but also introduces an additional revenue opportunity through referral fees on completed cases.

Richard Norman, Head of Partnerships at LMS, said:

“Our partnership with Twenty7tec is a natural extension of LMS’s mission to make conveyancing easier, faster and more connected for brokers and their clients. By bringing LMS Select’s fast, secure quoting and instruction capabilities into Twenty7tec’s platform, advisers can move effortlessly from sourcing to instruction with trusted, lender-approved firms – improving transparency, reducing admin, and supporting a smoother end-to-end journey for their clients.”

Nathan Reilly, Chief Customer Officer at Twenty7tec, added:

“Advisers are looking for ways to reduce admin and create a more seamless experience for their clients. Integrating LMS into RESEARCH is about removing another point of friction in the process. By connecting sourcing and conveyancing, we’re helping advisers move cases forward more efficiently while delivering a more joined-up journey for clients.”

The integration is now live within RESEARCH, with communications rolling out to users.

A dedicated webinar will follow on 8th April 2026 at 11am to demonstrate how advisers can make the most of the new functionality. Registrations are open now: https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_hOAsaFteTSaKW0M_KRr-hA#/registration
