tmgroup webinar: mandatory digital AP1s

From November 2022, HM Land Registry will no longer be accepting traditional scanned or PDF copies of AP1s for changes to existing titles via the HMLR portal. To help firms prepare, tmgroup, Conveyancing Data Services (CDS) and HMLR are hosting an informative webinar on Thursday 3rd March 2022 @ 12pm.

Register today to secure your place and find out more about the three key options available to law firms as you prepare for the November 2022 changes to AP1 submissions, including:

  • Lodging applications via the HMLR Digital Registration Service on the portal.
  • Submitting digital AP1s via a technology partner already integrated with HM Land Registry’s Business Gateway (such as tmgroup and Conveyancing Data Services).
  • Developing a direct integration with HM Land Registry’s Business Gateway service.

Joe Pepper, CEO of tmgroup comments:

“The announcement of HM Land Registry’s plans for AP1 submission to go digital is the first time the agency has made a digital channel mandatory. We are delighted to be able to support property teams in making informed choices in what will be remembered as a significant moment in industry history.”
