  • Since 1999, tmgroup has been a recognised leader in providing secure, easy-to-use online solutions to help make the property market quicker, easier and safer.
  • In recent years tmgroup has expanded its provision of services for property professionals including conveyancers, estate agents, lenders and home buyers & sellers, as the transaction becomes more digital and connected.
  • tmgroup’s new tagline is “we make time for you”, to reflect the brand promise. The promise is delivered in two main areas:

            – Their technology literally creates time for people by improving workflows and streamlining operations;

            – Property professionals are busy people, so tmgroup put them first. They make the time to understand their needs, to listen to their concerns and to respond swiftly to requests.

  • While the brand, tagline and logo have changed to better represent what the company is today, tmgroup’s value proposition remains the same – their combination of advanced but easy-to-use technology, outstanding customer engagement and extensive industry expertise remains unique, and enables them to develop enduring and fulfilling customer relationships.

A platform used by the various parties involved in a property transaction to access and share information on the progress of a sale or purchase. It has handled over 120,000 transactions in 2015 and more services are being added to it each month. This replaces TM Secure.
