STL enhances its online property search ordering platform

STL has enhanced its online order site to help firms take more control of their own search accounts and save a significant amount of administrative time.
As well as ordering all searches and indemnities through a single provider, amongst a range of other changes, users can now track the progress of their orders, download their search results and policies, and view their invoices and statements online, all with just a few clicks.  Firms also have the flexibility to add new users to their account, or remove them, and manage permission for which parts of the site each user can access.
As the leading independent property search provider, STL currently offers one of the widest ranges of searches, Land Registry documents, title insurance and indemnity products on the market, often with the most cost-effective pricing.
Alan Thorogood, STL’s Chief Executive Officer said, “We were delighted when our clients said they already find it much easier and faster to order everything they need through STL rather than through individual data suppliers or other search companies.  And we have long been tailoring our search packs and services for each client to make the ordering process as quick, simple and convenient as possible.  But there’s always room for improvement.  So we asked our online account users what else we could do to make our site even better.  Whilst the changes we have introduced appear relatively small, the feedback is that they will make a huge difference; our clients are in control of their own accounts and the information they need is now directly at their fingertips, allowing them more time to focus on client care.”
