The Law Society’s revisions to the CON29 forms have been implemented to improve the quality and consistency of information. New enquiries have also been added to the forms, such as community infrastructure levy (CIL) and assets of community value. The changes to questions will be implemented for both local authority searches and personal (regulated) searches. However, the implementation of VAT on CON29 products, which was also scheduled for 4th July, has been deferred.
