SearchFlow – the UK’s leading provider of conveyancing search solutions – is inviting property lawyers, conveyancers and legal secretaries to attend a free Continuing Competence Event that will focus on several important topics, including avoiding negligence claims, residential leases, Stamp Duty, local authority searches and emerging technologies.
The event, which is taking place on Tuesday 31st March at the Leonardo Royal London in St Paul’s, brings together experienced industry experts including qualified lawyer and trainer Ian Quayle and property consultant Paul Clark.
Adam Groom, Head of Product at SearchFlow will talk about AI and emerging technologies in the conveyancing process, while Tracy Burtwell from SearchFlow will host a panel Q&A. Louise Robinson, Personal Search Operations Manager at SearchFlow will discuss ‘Personal Local Authority vs Official Local Authority’.
