Search tie up for home moving platform to “do more in one place”

Home moving and sales progression platform adoor has announced it will be able to provide conveyancing searches directly from its portal through a partnership with search provider Elan.

Local Authority, Drainage and Water and Environment reports will be accessible without having to leave the adoor system, updating the relevant field within the workflow automatically. It is hoped, say adoor, the partnership will help ‘speed up the process and (help) our mission for property professionals to be able to do more of the work in one place.’

The leadership team behind Elan are familiar names, bringing over 50 years’ experience and across searches and legal technology. With search partnerships with providers like environmental search service Martello, Elan searches come with the reassurance of being members of IPSA and The Property Ombudsman and subscribe to the Search Code.

Commenting on the tie up Adele Sagar, Director and Co-Founder at Elan says

“We love adoor’s fresh approach to the market and powerful, easy to use technology, it’s close to our own heart. Here’s to a partnership that has a positive impact in the future of the conveyancing industry” –

Michael Wadsworth, founder at adoor, adds

“What has really stood out to me since I first met Adele and Ryan is that the customer is genuinely at the heart of everything they do at Elan. They have worked wonders in striving for simplicity; simple pricing, easy ordering process and their customer service is excellent every time. What I have loved is seeing their passion for great quality and service and I’m so glad we’re able to work together to help conveyancers, and ultimately improve the home buying/selling process for everyone involved.”

One Response

  1. I totally agree Michael!

Adele and Ryan are truly genuine, helpful and friendly people who really care about their customers and their customers experience of the Elan platform.
If we ask for some development or make a suggestion, they will look at it and let us know if it’s possible almost immediately or within a day or two. Nothing is too much trouble for them!
