Report on title software partnership announced

Conveyancing report provider Navro and search provider PALI have announced the availability of the Automated Report on Title (ART) solution through the PALI conveyancing search platform.

The tie up provides PALI users access to Navro’s recently launched ART, which it describes as a ‘game changer’ for conveyancers, enabling the creation of a report on title in ‘minutes’ say Navro. The report collates ‘property details to ownership history, easements to encumbrances’ in one place reducing the risk of human error associated with manual data entry. Multiple users can work on a report simultaneously and offers ‘advanced compliance functions, making it easier to identify potential issues.’

Navro Compliance was founded two years, first launching the Lender Check LC-5, a tool for tracking and reporting any changes made by lenders to their Part II requirements. Tracking the changes over the course of 2023, there were 119 lender updates in 2023. To the end of February in 2024 there have been 22, reminding firms that it is now a CQS condition for conveyancers to check the Part II at the start of a transaction and again before exchange of contracts for any changes, and to log this in their case file.

Commenting on the partnership, Jo Milne, Director at PALI Ltd says

Our partnership with Navro marks the integration of yet another cutting-edge solution into our platform, enriching the experience for our valued clients. With ART, we’re helping shape the industry, ensuring every minute counts towards impeccable service delivery.

Mike Georgiou, Director at Navro Compliance, adds

“We’re thrilled to partner with PALI, a trusted leader in the industry. Our collaboration signifies a pivotal moment in our mission to revolutionise the conveyancing process. With ART, we’re not just transforming the industry; we’re reshaping the way conveyancing professionals work. Together, we’re empowering conveyancers with the tools they need to thrive in an ever-evolving landscape.”
