Reallymoving teams up with Perfect Portal

Reallymoving has integrated Perfect Portal into its online conveyancing quote platform, making it easier for conveyancing firms to follow leads, onboard new clients and manage cases through to completion.

Where previously conveyancers have been required to manage multiple platforms for each aspect of their transaction, such as email for client communication, Adobe Acrobat Sign for documentation, a payments portal for payments and a reviews site to host customer reviews, firms on reallymoving’s panel can now manage each lead through its entire lifecycle on a single platform.

Email communication, identity verification, documents, payments, contact details and reviews are now easily accessible via one intuitive and secure portal, speeding up the conveyancing process and keeping all parties up to date with progress.

Rob Houghton, founder and CEO of reallymoving, said:

“We’re always looking for ways to make life easier for our conveyancing panel and this integration is really game changing. Conveyancers who use reallymoving and Perfect Portal can now benefit from receiving leads straight into their portal, allowing for fast and seamless lead management and customer onboarding.

Service is a key differentiator and a great onboarding experience sets the tone for the success of the client/conveyancer relationship going forward. Our research shows that the majority of home movers using reallymoving don’t choose the cheapest firm. In fact, 60% opt for a more expensive option and 10% choose a conveyancer at the top end of the price scale.

By improving communication and transparency between all parties and speeding up the transaction process, conveyancers can enhance their customer experience and boost their bottom line.”

Approximately 9% of the UK’s home movers seek quotes for services, including conveyancing, surveying and removals, through reallymoving. Over 70,000 customers registered for conveyancing quotes during 2022, generating almost 285,000 leads for reallymoving’s conveyancing partners.
