Following the success of its ‘Prime’ Legal Pack, Haybrook, a large independent estate agency in South Yorkshire, are to launch an upgrade option call ‘Prime Protected’, according to Property4Media
Haybrook launched Prime last summer to give their customers access to a far wider range of information about both their property and the surrounding area. The information was then passed to potential purchasers who could make an informed decision.
A number of additional features have now been added to the packs which are available in e-reader or booklet format. The upgraded version will contain photographs, detailed floor plans, an EPG graph, aerial photographs, OS maps and environmental information. Planning applications that are within close proximity of the property will also be included along with information on local schools.
The pack also includes no sale, no fee conveyancing, a second search free as well as a complete cost of moving plan giving customers the choice of obtaining the basic ‘Prime’ pack or upgrading to ‘Prime Protected’.
Managing Director of Haybrook Legal Services, Jonathan Lay, commented:
“Prime has proved hugely popular since its launch, allowing customers to show prospective buyers key information about their property at a glance. We have now taken this a step further with ‘Prime Protected’, working with our colleagues at Haybrook Financial Services to offer customers a whole host of additional benefits such as cost of moving plan, buyer’s protection and building and contents insurance, for a fraction of the normal price.”
