Outsourced services provider welcomes new Head of Business Development for Property Services

Legal and conveyancing outsourced services provider Auxilio has announced the appointment of its new Head of Business Development for Property Services. Kelly Leworthy joins with over two decades of experience in the financial and legal services sector, and a proven track record in leading sales and marketing teams in both corporate and legal settings. Prior to joining Auxilio, Kelly served as the Head of Sales at a leading conveyancing firm.

Recent winners at the British Conveyancing Awards in the ‘Start-Up Service Provider of the Year’ category, Auxilio provide outsourced conveyancing and administrative service to firms. The investment in Leworthy comes against a back drop of positivity in property market data, say the business. Figures from HMRC show seasonally adjusted house sales rising by 1% from January to February and with demand reportedly on the up, a positive net balance reading of +6% for new buyer enquiries according to the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) UK Residential Survey, there is a steady increase in demand and transactions numbers.

Commenting on her appointment, Kelly Leworthy says

“I am thrilled to be joining the Auxilio team and to contribute to the company’s continued success in the legal services sector. I am looking forward to engaging with law firms and legal professionals to understand their challenges and help them meet the growing demand for trusted legal support services.”

Adil Hamid, Co-Founder and Business Development Director at Auxilio, added

“We are delighted to welcome Kelly to our leadership team. Kelly’s proven track record and extensive knowledge of the conveyancing landscape make her an invaluable addition. Her wealth of experience and expertise will further strengthen our capabilities in meeting the growing demand for high-quality legal support services.”
