“Employees don’t really care about free pizza on a Friday and fancy offices. They want recognition, empowerment, flexibility, great leadership, work-life balance, and to be heard.”
Tina shares her advice for aspiring law firm leaders, including the need to be self-aware:
“It’s important to be aware of your strengths and your weaknesses… Being self-aware and curious helps you continue to learn and grow as a leader. You need to be confident, but not overly confident. You need to be resilient; recognise that not everything’s going to be brilliant all the time,”
she advises.
