Mortgage Brain enhances conveyancing services

In order for advisers to manage client cases and conveyancing quotes more easily, Mortgage Brain – the technology and software solutions expert – has announced a number of enhancements will be made to its online conveyancing service, ConveyancingBrain.

The enhancements will enable advisers who use the intelligent case tracking service to receive automated email alerts, indicating that action is required or feedback has been sent.

It is anticipated that communication between the adviser, solicitor and client will improve following the changes, increasing responsiveness, and making sure crucial actions are not missed. This will then mean the whole process runs more efficiently.

A new filter has been applied in response to the market changes, enabling advisers to acquire property purchase conveyancing quotes through a limited company. For advisers using the system, they are also able to choose to provide conveyancing quotes to their clients, with or without the name of a solicitor.

A “re-quote” feature has also been included in the enhancements, meaning advisers are able to obtain new conveyancing quotes without the need for client information to be retyped.

Commenting on the developments was Mark Lofthouse. The CEO of Mortgage Brain highlighted the need to consider customer opinions and adapt their services to meet them.

“Listening to customers and responding to market changes is paramount to the success of any technology provider and we pride ourselves on our flexibility and responsiveness in continuing to adapt our systems to meet the needs of our customers.

“Over 1,000 advisers are currently using ConveyancingBrain and the latest enhancements we’ve made to the system, particularly its case tracking functionality, will make it even easier for them to stay on top of their cases, liaise or communicate with a solicitor and provide a fully compliant audit trail during the process.”

Available free of charge, ConveyancingBrain is solely dedicated for mortgage advisers and features an easy one-step registration and login process.

For commission payments – determined and personalised by an adviser – of up to £300 per case, ConveyancingBrain offers a safe, trusted and flexible process and includes a panel of solicitors who all possess the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) accreditation. This will also be supported by a devoted ConveyancingBrain team.
