Legal Ombudsman (LO), on the conclusion of their first full operating year, are looking to consult with stakeholders about future plans with a consultation on their Strategy (2012-2015) and Business Plan (2012-2013).
According to LO the next three years will “represent a time of challenge for consumers, legal service providers and their regulators”. You can have your say and help LO play a positive role in responding to the legal landscape changes across England and Wales.
