After a highly successful event last year, we are thrilled to announce that, for the second consecutive year, the 2024 Legal Eye Conference will take place at the prestigious Edwardian Hotel in central Manchester.
The day promises a packed agenda, unparalleled networking opportunities, and insights from some of the foremost figures in the legal sector.
The full-day event will centre around the theme of “embracing and evaluating change”; addressing how firms can effectively manage the risks and benefits associated with AI and legal tech in 2024.
In today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape, this subject has never been more timely. Governments and regulatory bodies worldwide are actively working to establish and update laws to address evolving challenges and considerations in areas like data privacy, security, ethical use of AI, and regulatory compliance. At the same time, the SRA’s 2023 Risk Outlook report, cautioned that, while “artificial intelligence (AI) is not a new subject”, its use is “rising rapidly”.
Exploring some of the most critical issues facing law firms and legal businesses today, the Conference will delve into how AI and Tech compliance can be achieved. Running from 10 am until 4.30 pm, the day will feature both panel and round table sessions.
