Landmark announced as ESTAS sponsor for 2022

It has been announced today that Landmark Information Group (which includes Landmark Estate Agency Services, Searchflow and Ochresoft) is to sponsor the Conveyancing categories at this year’s ESTAS Awards.

The awards, whose Headline Partner is Coadjute, are powered by the ESTAS customer review platform for conveyancers, agents, mortgage brokers and suppliers. The platform enables firms to demonstrate the service standards they deliver for their clients, reviews can only be completed at the end of the property transaction and a strict verification process ensures reviews are genuine giving potential clients valuable intel. The reviews can also be converted to Google.

At the last year’s event for the first time ESTAS brought together agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers under one roof and this year’s event will follow the same format.

The famous awards ceremony will be held on 14th October and presented by the UK’s favourite property expert Phil Spencer in front of 1,200 of the UK’s top property professionals. This year’s event will also feature the first Official ESTAS After Party sponsored by Coadjute held in the spectacular Ballroom at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, home to the annual BAFTAS after party.

Ben Marley, Commercial Director of ESTAS Group, said:

“We’re delighted to have the support of Landmark for this year’s ESTAS Awards in October. Our conveyancing categories have grown over the last 2 years and more and more property lawyer firms use our review platform.”

Mike Holden, Divisional Director of Growth at Landmark, also commented:

“As partners to the breath of the property market and having supported conveyancing through search, case management and other services for over 25 years, Landmark is particularly pleased to sponsor the Conveyancing categories at the 2022 ESTAs. As this important industry event evolves alongside the property industry, which is itself undergoing a transformation of sorts through technology advances, Landmark wishes each and every one of the shortlisted firms the best of luck.”
