InfoTrack takes home Supplier of the Year at British Legal Technology Awards

InfoTrack has been awarded Supplier of the Year at the 2023 British Legal Technology awards for the second time in three years.

Taking the win for Supplier of the Year for their eCOS client onboarding solution, the award recognises demonstrated excellence in legal technology and client-focused services. The award honours suppliers which are re-shaping the future of law firms and legal businesses. Judged by an independent and impartial panel of experts, nominees must complete a two-part entry process including meeting a minimum score during the criteria evaluation process and delivering a presentation to the judges.

eCOS has quickly become an industry-leading digital client onboarding solution, connecting law firms and their clients through a secure platform to speed up onboarding timelines by up to two weeks. Bringing together digital identity and AML checks, TA forms, matter-specific questionnaires, and Source of Funds and Wealth information gathering in one convenient platform, eCOS makes the process easier for law firms and their clients.

Richard Wollacott, Client Services Director at Knights says,

“Using the latest technology, such as eCOS, demonstrates to agents, referrers, and clients we’re serious about what we do. A client can instruct at nine o’clock on a Monday morning and by lunchtime they’re fully signed up – ID verified, source of funds sorted, and we’re well underway. That used to take a couple of weeks. To be able to show that we can do that is crucial in this market, people want speed.”

Anita Gillam, Licensed Conveyancer at Oliver & Co Solicitors adds,

“eCOS means we’ve got all the information we need at our fingertips. It’s just easy, it’s all there in one place, all in one platform. On the whole, it saves us at least a week, cutting that wait time out perfectly.”

Amy Church, Managing Partner at Lucas & Wyllys comments,

“eCOS makes getting to the bottom of source of funds and wealth much simpler. The result is easy to understand, thanks to the breakdown on the first page. The result helps us to easily identify where the funds are held, how they were accumulated and what further checks we need to carry out in order to complete our risk assessment.”

Sam Jordan, InfoTrack COO, comments,

“We’re thrilled that eCOS has been recognised for driving positive change for law firms. Helping firms better connect with their clients from start of a transaction is key and eCOS is making it possible while also improving how firms keep on top of their compliance and KYC requirements too. We’re delighted by the increased adoption of technology such as digital ID verification and electronic onboarding.”
