iamproperty has launched what it is calling its ‘Premium Conveyancing’ service to be offered as an enhanced conveyancing option within its movebutler solution. The firms says it is designed to offer a route to ‘speedier, smoother and more successful’ private treaty sales by ensuring properties are exchange-ready faster.
Having run auctions sales via Modern Method of Auction for the last 15 years they say the same benefits of gathering all legal information upfront and addressing standard enquiries earlier in the process can be applied to Private Treaty sales, putting agents and their clients ‘in control.’ Ben Ridgway, Co-Founder at iamproperty commented:
“There is now no reason why an agent should see drawn out transaction times on any sale, which ensures happier customers, more repeat business and a much more efficient business model. An 18-month pilot conducted with several agents who executed over 150 sales shows the new service reduces transaction timescales by five weeks on average, with a typical completion being delivered in 79 days, they have stated. Ben added:
