House Moves Down 31% Due To Pandemic In First Six Months

The effect the coronavirus pandemic had on the property market in the first six months of 2020 has finally been revealed.

According to the Lloyds Bank Home Mover Review, 106,985 people moved house in the UK between January and June, a 31% decrease on the same time in 2019.

This is the fourth consecutive time the amount of moves has decreased and is the greatest decline since the 2008 recession.
