  1. I am a Solicitor in a medium sized law firm dealing with a large volume of property instructions. The delays at the Land Registry is a huge cost to our business which is aside from the pressure received by lenders and third parties to register the properties with haste. The Land Registry need to be held accountable and need to work with businesses to resolve minor enquiries dealing with applications submitted. We all have to commit to SLA’s so why should the Land Registry be an exception! They need to apply common sense and raise requisitions that are necessary. There needs to be a call for further transparency to explain the delays as it is simply not acceptable.

  2. I take it this is working days. Can this be shared with LMS and other portals so they can factor in when they need to chase us up for updates?
