The SRA’s Handbook, which recently received final approval, sets out new regulatory arrangements which support the introduction of outcome focused regulation, coming into force on 6th October 2011. The board have said that they are confident the Handbook ‘provides an effective framework for both the new regulatory approach and the safe licensing of ABS’.
